2. Refunds
Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the specific engagement terms agreed with the client. Because advisory work often begins with time allocation, analysis, planning, and document review, fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes. Any cancellation terms for paid engagements will be governed by the applicable proposal or engagement letter.

If any physical documents need to be delivered as part of a specific engagement, delivery arrangements and costs will be discussed separately with the client.
