You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Consultant Listings

We verify credentials to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listed consultant.
Any engagement between you and a consultant is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Payments and Fees

Some features or consultations may be paid. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.
We are not responsible for payment gateway issues or delays.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund and cancellation policies vary by service and will be displayed at the time of booking.

Any disputes regarding payment or service must be resolved directly between the user and the consultant, unless facilitated by us under specific circumstances.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or third-party rights.
Misuse or tamper with the app or interfere with other users’ experience.
Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the app, including logos, designs, software, and text, is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
